Release what no longer serves you. Return to yourself. Create what comes next.
What happens when you finally create space for yourself? Purge & Pioneer is a Creative Re Retreat designed to give you permission to pause. To step away from the demands of everyday life. To reflect on where you’ve been.
To release the habits, environments, thought patterns, and stagnant energy that have kept you from moving forward. And, most importantly, to reconnect with the creative energy that has always been within you. This isn’t a retreat about escaping your life. It’s about returning to it differently.
Purge is the first part of the journey. A deliberate reset of the body, mind, and environment. Through intentional nourishment, herbal wellness practices, reflection, rest, movement, and time in nature, you’ll be invited to examine what you’re carrying—and decide what you’re finally ready to put down.
The retreat begins with a 3-day herbal wellness reset, paired with a nourishing plant-forward approach throughout the retreat. This is not about restriction for restriction’s sake. It’s about becoming conscious of what you consume, what you tolerate, what you repeat, and what you allow to take up space.
Purge the habits. Purge the stagnation. Purge the dead weight. Make room.
Once you’ve created space, what will you do with it? Pioneer is about movement. Purpose. Creative energy. The courage to explore a new direction and the willingness to make a way where there isn’t one yet.
You’ll have time to write, paint, meditate, rest, explore, converse, create, and simply be. Because creativity doesn’t always require productivity. Sometimes the most important thing you can create is space.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, explore, connect, and experience Jamaica intentionally.
Creativity doesn’t exist in isolation. Two local artists will lead intimate creative sessions designed to get you out of your head and back into your hands.
No artistic background required. Come ready to experiment.
Make something. Feel something. See yourself differently.
Not every moment needs to be programmed.
We’ve intentionally built space into the retreat for you to rest, reflect, journal, sleep, swim, read, meditate, or simply exist.
For those who want additional care, select à la carte mobile services may be available during designated periods, including massage, beauty care, and other personal wellness services.

Whether you’re a writer, artist, entrepreneur, musician, designer, healer, photographer, visionary—or simply someone who knows there’s more inside of you— this retreat is an invitation to come back to that part of yourself.
You’ll be surrounded by nature, culture, art, movement, nourishing food, herbal knowledge, and opportunities to explore Jamaica beyond the resort experience. There is no pressure to perform.
No need to constantly produce. No expectation to have it all figured out. Solitude is a right. Whether you’re writing, painting, meditating, sleeping, swimming, walking, or sitting quietly beneath the Jamaican sun— you are entitled to enjoy time where you can simply be.
