Our blend consists of motherwort, mugwort, red raspberry, calendula, lavender, eucalyptus, marshmallow, comfrey, lemon balm, hibiscus, and dandelion amongst other womb friendly herbs.
Steam one week before and after your period for 10-30 minutes. Using 2 tbsp of herbs to 20 oz of water, boil spring water in a stainless steel pot, let cool, and squat over with a long thick skirt or blanket on to keep steam contained in your wombs area.
